In this phase, we conduct a strenuous multiple-phase due diligence process that provides a deep analysis and
realistic assumption of renovation needs; operational and financial needs;
and current and future expected returns.

When the asset is acquired our first goal is to make the necessary improvements to the property, team, and infrastructure to see the occupancy rate rise as well as the market rents.
Once the asset is stabilized we can then refinance the property, pay off existing
loans, return capital to investors, while investors maintain their equity.

Markets:
Western/Central United States (specifically - Arizona, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming)
Investment Period:
Generally 2-5 years based on deal.
Will hold 5-10 years based on deal.
